Another super article from one of my favourite writers on all things educationaI. I do wonder if I enjoy reading Michael’s work because I agree with him, or because he makes me consider things I haven’t before.  Still, a thought-provoking article on curiosity. In my mind, developing curiosity in young children is one of the things that leads to a lifelong pursuit of learning.

“One of my aims as a teacher is to get my pupils to cultivate their curiosity. This stems from my belief that the reality we inhabit is full of wonder and beauty and that we, as a species, have spent millennia trying to make sense of it.”
